- Airway Bill, Bill of lading or ocean bill of lading.
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing Lists
- Fumigation Certificate
- Free Trade Agreement or COO (if applicable)
- Packing Declaration.
More complex shipments may require additional declarations or certificates depending on the commodity.
For Import clearance of Household Goods or Personal Effects owned for more than 12 months the minimum document requirements are;
- Airway Bill, Bill of lading or ocean bill of lading.
- Inventory
- Fumigation Certificate (If required)
- Packing Declaration.
- unaccompanied personal effects statement (b534 form)
- Passport
Household Goods and Personal Effects are automatically inspected by Australian Quarantine on arrival for any biological risk.
Some Household items are restricted or require certain import requirements so you should always check import requirements prior to packing.
